i7 13700K corona-1.3 benchmark gives 4.8 Ghz

Hi,

I ran the corona-1.3 benchmark on my computer. My system configuration is the following:

Processor: i7 13700K

Cooler: LIAN LI Galahad 240mm closed-loop AIO

Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z690-P D4

Memory: 32 GB (3200 Mhz)

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060

I have noticed that the CPU temperature quickly reaches 100 degrees when running the benchmark and finally it says that the frequency is 4.8 Ghz, which leads me to believe that the CPU is thermal throttling. I have attempted to adjust the PL1 and PL2 settings to 125 and 253, respectively, but this has not solved the issue. Can someone please provide guidance on how to resolve this? Thank you.
