intel iris xe having problems with rendering the game world in sonic frontiers

hello! this was going to be a repost of something i reported on the product support forums because i did not know there was a gaming forum! oops! but basically the intel iris xe is having problems with rendering: trees, rocks, and extra foliage on the game. for a more detailed explanation here is the link to the previous post i made:

i'm sorry for the incovenience! i am new here and did not know there was and forum dedicated for games i hope this problem can be better handled now that it is on the right forum. sorry! this mistake will not happen again
