performance tab missing from the arc control

i'm using the acer aspire 7 i5 12450h i recently upgraded the intel UHD graphics drivers form the intel support after that I'm start to getting more fps then before . but when these two updates pop up in windows update ( intel corporation extension and intel corporation display ) the performance tab missing form the intel arc control and the fps went very low in gaming.

I understand that you are having issues with Arc control after updating the graphics driver. Kindly share the information below for me to do my investigation.

1. What was the last known working driver version?

2. Have you tried rolling back the driver?

3. Which driver version caused the issue?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
