i get this error i have no screen on my laptop monitor my driver and windows are up to date

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

According to the report, you have the correct version of the Intel driver installed. You have, however, installed a version of the NVIDIA driver that is beyond what MSI says you should be using. Download the 382.05 package (using link: https://download.msi.com/nb_drivers/vga/VGA_vga_Win10_x64_HDA(382.05)-1021493-01_22.21.13.8205_0x85d041be.zip) that MSI recommends and install it.
