Amd ryzen 5 1500x proccessor
Msi B350m gaming pro motherboard

I want to buy Intel Arc A770 graphic card. Will Intel Arc A770 graphic card work properly with this system.

Probably not, if you can't enable ReBAR it's not worth the effort here.
