I just hope to inform you that disassembling the ARC GPU may void the warranty. Let me help you further on this.
To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
- Please share the actual temperature that is being registered when you notice the ARC GPU is hot.
- What are the fans RPM when the overheating occurs?
- Is the Resizable BAR enabled? If the system doesn't support ReBar, please try testing the ARC GPU on a supported system first.
- Has then been overclocking done? If 'yes', then undo overclocking and test again.
- Please download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). *Attach the SSU file as you reply.
