Apologies for the delayed response from the previous days. I would like to confirm if you have tried to remove the Arc Control software using the following steps before contacting us?

1. Download the graphics drivers from Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
2. How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an... (intel.com)
3. Install the graphics driver
