21.20.16.4727 display driver has default mode set as Portrait

I have Intel HD 620 Installed in my Lenovo laptop. When Display Driver updated to 21.20.16.4727, the display was rotated to Portrait view.

Fix this issue.

This is the latest update fetched by Lenovo utility and I don't want to upgrade my system component driver's without recommendation from Lenovo.

You didn't mention your laptop model, but the description names the HD 620 particularly.
