2nd monitor on asus eee pc with intel 3150 graphic

i have installed windows 7 ultimate and drivers for graphic card 3150 when i connect exten monitor all is ok.. when i restart pc the monitor is on and the screen on exten monitor is black i must unplug monitor and restart than plug when is windows running and monitor works..

when i install graphic drivers from win xp the pc and monitor works ok but i cant see movies because the driver is not compatible with movies codec.. please help..
