3010 MCH DRAM Thermal Control Registers

We are having problems with a 3010 MCH doing DRAM throttling when we do not want it to.

Where is the documentation describing the DRAM Thermal Control Registers for the 3010 MCH? The datasheet says that it has these registers but does not document them.
