I've downloaded the graphics update many times with version 31.0.101.2115,
but a few days later I get a notification to update again. I've tried downloading manually but it doesn't solve this problem.

Hello Ar1302

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when trying to install an updated driver on your system.

This issue might be related to Windows rolling back to an older version to the driver automatically, please let's try the troubleshooting outlined in the following article:

Windows* Update Keeps Rolling Back Graphics Driver to a Previous Version

If the issue persists, please create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.

Best Regards,

The problem you have with getting notification to update to the same driver is due to MS Windows update overriding

Intel's Driver 31.0.101.2115 with an older version

Intel Corporation - Display - 30.0.101.1692.

This happens automatically with windows update.

For some reason Microsoft can't detect your graphics driver is newer than what they have. This is a miscommunication between Intel and Microsoft or Microsoft is taking it's sweet time to validate that new driver or something fell through the cracks..
