8.15.10.2086 won't uninstall.

i've just updated the driver to my intel graphics media accelerator 4500mhd and have been unable to uninstall the older version driver (8.15.10.2086). i've tried multiple times to uninstall the driver using the programs and features tab and have had no luck. if there's anybody that can help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

i installed the vga driver over it and installed something over that to get around my problem every thime i tryed to Uninstall the driver it shuts off my monitor and when i go into safe mode it reinstalled the crap as soo as i logged on ...............or are you having the problem where theres 2 instalations and one wont go away?
