Hello, intel hardware engineers and software developers:
I received my newly bought intel Arc A750 graphic card yesterday, and then I installed the drivers correctly according to the official operation instructions. I am a 3D designer , and I use Autodesk Maya, a lot in my daily work. However, when I used Autodesk Maya yesterday, I found this GPU not support with Autodesk Maya on Render. The version of my Autodesk Maya software is version 2022. I suspect that the driver of the graphics card has not developed and optimized it. Could you please check whether this problem exists and how to solve it? Because it's a very big issue for me and 3D designer .

Thank you sir,
Please, quick solve this problem. Further Arc A750 don't work with Keyshot software. If you make this card only for gamer user please
mention in this card specification (only for gamer). Intel is a so much reputation company. I love so much Intel brand from other pc
manufacturer brand. When i heard intel make graphic card and i saw this card in internet, then i decied i must buy intel graphic card.
This card is good as price. But as a 3d Artist, I am relay sorry to say, Nvidia graphic card much better then Intel graphic card. Nvidia card for all user.
I hope and know Intel team must solve this problem. You can do everything in this component.
Please quick fixed this issue. 🙏

Hello Rony601,
Thank you for your wait time.
We have completed the reproduction and I want to let you know that currently there is no support for DGx GPU rendering on Arnold. Nvidia/CUDA is the only supported option currently.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Hey Andres you folks need to figure out some solution for this, until Arc gains market share the popular render engines wont add support for it, Autodesk Maya is widely used for 3D modelling across the industry and currently no render engine for Maya has support for Intel Arc GPU's, all of them support mostly NVIDIA cards, reason is most likely due to market share. AMD developed their own plugin for Radeon cards called Radeon ProRender for Maya, something similar from Intel would be nice.
