AC82GL40-SLB95 Thermal Pad

For the above referred chipset I would like to know which thickness in units of millimeters and wärmeleitfähigkeit of thermal pad would be sufficient or recommended from your experiences for the GPU The specification reads TIM Honeywell PCM45F. Best regards, Larry

Hi,

the processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo T3400 (2.16 GHz) with a graphics chipset (82GL40 GMCH) on an AC82GL40-SLB95 mainboard inside a Toshiba L300-214 laptop.
