ARC A 750 WEIRD NOISE

Hello there, Yesterday I have bought ARC A750 GPU. When I use it in %100 working condition (for example in Adobe Lightroom Denoiser), GPU starts to make weird sounds. When render finishes sound gets normal. In my opinion sounds comes from fans, could you please tell me is that normal? Because in Turkiye Meida Markt they are not taking it back for change, they says "we must sent it service center 20 business day." But what will I do 20 days without GPU? I bought GPU yesterday night 09:00 Pm. You can find in the attachment the video, Could you please tell me is that normal or not?

To help you with your concern, please try to update the driver of the GPU to the latest version.

In case that you encounter the same issue, please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I have been update bios with latest driver version and GPU too. You can find below test reports
