On my Notebook Dell Latitude 5490 with installed Intel HD Graphics Driver 25.20.100.6472 I can't open the Intel Graphics Control Panel or the Application Kaseya Live Connect. In the Windows Event Log I found some errors with ig9icd64.dll. Please see the printscreen attached. Is there any solution for this issue?

Use only the drivers provided by DELL for your laptop. If the problem still exists, contact DELL support, as they are solely responsible for support of your laptop.

Yes i installed only the version from the DELL Support Website. I will contact the DELL Support.

I solved the issue with installing the Intel Driver & Support Assisant. After installing the lastet drivers for all Intel Products the issue was solved.
