Add HDMI 24/192KHz support

Since it's now verified by your support staff to be a limitation on your part of the HDMI implementation I'd like to put this in as an suggestion to support the now 15 year old HDMI 1.0 standard that allows up to 8 channels of 24bit 192KHz audio.
