After effects issues

Hi there is an issue when zooming in and out, there would be black screen flashes every frame. Please fix your drivers and update them to resolve this issue. I find it quite annoying that this keeps occuring.

  1. Has this issue occurred before? 
  2. Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?  
  3. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue? 
  4. Are there any recent software or hardware updates made on the system?
  5. Could you document all driver versions you have tested?

You cannot really do much to troubleshoot this and clearly seems like a driver issue that is related to how its not supporting use of some Adobe applications.


Also i am currently running the latest driver.

I wanted to clarify which specific Adobe applications you are experiencing issues with. Additionally, I would like to inform you that we have a newer driver version available that you may want to try. The current driver version you have is 32.0.101.6458. Please consider downloading and installing the Intel® Graphics Driver versions 32.0.101.6557 or 32.0.101.6262.

 

Before installing the new driver, kindly use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the previous driver. Additionally, it is recommended to update your BIOS to the latest version. Contact the motherboard manufacturer for download and installation instructions of BIOS. After completing these steps, please test the system or the Adobe applications you are working with to see if the issue persists.

what is even worse is now this new driver is causing chrome and other apps to not open up UI objects upon opening with a white screen displayed by chrome and DOES NOT fix the issue

Have you followed the steps in How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an... to completely remove the previous driver? Are there any specific error messages during the crash or unexpected closure of the application? What version of Adobe After Effects are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the software?

Well you have given terrible tech support so i stopped replying. Almost everyone has done a DDU removal of intel GPU drivers before. Ive done this many times to no avail.
