Hello, friends. After updating my Intel Arc A770 16GB graphics card to version 32.0.101.5768, I’ve been experiencing performance drops in all games, including Valorant and PUBG. Can you help me? Should I install OpenGL to improve my graphics card’s performance?

Hello ermis,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:

1) Can you specify what "performance drops" were you getting while playing your games (Valorant and PUBG)? Is it FPS?

2) If you are pertaining to FPS drops, may I ask what value are you getting (for both games?

Additionally, we highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so we can fully check and provide you with an appropriate answer to your 'openGL" question and recommendation(s). This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
  2. Click Scan.
  3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  4. Click Save (.txt)

I will wait for your reply.

Best regards,
