Hello there,
I am currently using samsung book 3 i5 1335u 16gb ram,
when i open excel spreadsheet i can't go to multitasking view without frame drop,
i have done an fresh install of windows and i haven't tried to update drivers of intel because of samsung drivers.
suggest me whether i should install updated drivers form intel and is there any effects on performance and battery.
The other issue i am facing is that i can't play most of the songs which contain .m4a extension file with windows media player. i can play in my other laptop with r3 3200u
ANY suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks in advance
YOGESH.

Hi Yogesh,
Installing graphics driver from Intel on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) PC may overwrite customizations specific to OEM device. If a newer graphics driver is available from your computer manufacturer, we recommend you install that driver instead.
Can you check with Samsung support and install if there are new drivers available for your notebook.

hi @Yogesh_kumar did you get chance to look into above suggested solution and confirm if OEM drivers solved the problems ?
