I confirmed that this started right after installing the latest Intel update.
Please investigate compatibility between the new driver and Chrome’s ANGLE renderer.

System info:

Windows 11

Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics

Driver version 32.0.101.6881

To properly address the concern, please share the information below.

 

1. What was the last known working driver version?

2. What made you do the update, are you experiencing any issues?

3. What exactly happens when you try to launch Chrome? Are there any error message?

4. Are there any error messages in Event Viewer?

5. Is the issue isolated to Google Chrome? How about the other browsers?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
