Ciao a tutti,
ho un notebook HP 630 con processore i3 M380. Dopo l'aggiornamento a Windows 10 Pro Versione 1803 (17134.1)
Grazie.
Marco

Hello, MarcoMira. Thank you very much for contacting the Intel Communities Team. I will be more than happy to assist you.
Allow me to share with you that the Graphics controller for Arrandale generation of processors will only support Windows XP*, Windows Vista*, Windows 7* and Windows 8 (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005526/graphics-drivers.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products). In this case, since Windows 10* is not supported, there are no drivers available for your system. At this point, please get in touch with https://www.support.hp.com/es-es HP* Support to verify if there are other drivers available for your system or if there is another way to manage this setting.

Eseguire quindi
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f22d5fdb-59cd-4275-8c95-1be17bf70b21/wushowhide.diagcab http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f22d5fdb-59cd-4275-8c95-1be17bf70b21/wushowhide.diagcab
che permette di bloccare l'update incriminato.
Grazie!

- Chiudi tutti i programmi

Ciao Marco,
hai per caso installato l'applicazione "Intel Driver and support assistant"?

Grazie

Salve a chi segue questo thread ho trovato due soluzioni ( molto simili) nelle discussioni in lingua inglese. Le riporto qua sotto per Intero..
1) Soluzione:
Hi, Joaode
I am Wilfredo an Independent advisor
Try with this option In the Windows search engine, type
regedit
and we give enter.
In the left panel we look for the following folder: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ ControlSet001 \ Control \ Class \ {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} \ 0000
(Sometimes the final folder can be 0001)
Located in this folder look for the following record: Feature Test Control Open and give a value of fb20 in hexadecimal and Accept. It will then appear as 0x0000fb20 (64288) in the right pane. Additionally, place the following record in the same folder: KMD_EnableBrightnessInterface2
Open and give a value of 0 and accept. After these steps, restart the computer.
I hope it helps you
2) Soluzione:
For those still encountering this issue, I recommend that you follow these steps and see if the issue persists:
- In Windows start search box, type in regedit and hit Enter.
- Navigate to the following key:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Control/Class/ 4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318 /0000
- Double-click the item of FeatureTestControl, set the hexadecimal value to "fb20", and click OK.
- Reboot your computer to reflect the changes.
