Hello all,
I used to perform OCR on a screendump image (made by printscreen, gadwin or other program),
but when I switched to a new computer it doesn't seem to work anymore, because the alignment
between the RGB colors seems wrong:
Old okay:
Situation on new computer:
The misalignment seems to be only in the horizontal direction, and is hardly
visible on the monitor itself (only by using a 10x loupe it is visible), so I can
imagine this problem could occur often without notice (but it is present).
I could not find any adjustment in the "Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel"
so solve this.
Can someone help me to solve this problem?
Here are some specs of my system:
Thanks,
Edward

Hello all,
sorry for the question above, I doesn't belong here:
I found the cause by myself, and I am posting my own reply in case somebody else has the same problem.
It is windows 7 that is causing this trouble.
Microsoft is actually distorting the text information because they think this makes the text better readable, but ignoring the customers that have problems with it because it is not so easy to disable this "feature".
Here is a link I found that gives a possible solution:
