I see you have checked the Intel® SSU and I see that there are some pending updates, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Update BIOS to version FE. For guidance, contact Gigabyte. This may help to improve the compatibility, stability, and performance.
- I also see the graphics driver is in the latest version, before installing this version did you use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)? Otherwise, clean install the graphics driver following the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver and then install the driver 31.0.101.5084.

- Were you able to use the DDU and then install the driver 31.0.101.5084? Using the DDU before installing the driver may change the behavior of the graphics card.
- Were you able to update BIOS to version FE?

Thank you for your reply and for the screenshot.
The screenshot will help for the replication, but for me is not clear enough how to open the Render Settings Window, in this case since you are not able to post the video directly to the thread you can upload it to a cloud like Google Drive, OneDrive, etc, and post the link to the thread. Make sure to give us the authorization to watch it.
If you create a project file and we need it for the replication, it also will be useful is you provide us with the file.

We have been working on the replication, and I want to let you know that this is expected behavior, as Arnold Renderer is not supported on Intel Arc graphics cards. Nvidia/CUDA is the only supported option currently.
