I have two Dell 2560x1440p monitors connected to Arc 770 GPU card. Since about two months ago one of them now has the highest resolution of 1920x1080p. No matter what I do, I can not change it back to 2560. Other monitor resolution is fine. There is no problem with the monitors. I swapped the HDMI cable and the resolution is the same. I think this matches with one of the updates. What am I suppose to do ? I am running Windows 11 Pro. These two were working fine until this update . . .

Hello PCGoon,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see that your Dell monitors used to run at 2560x1440p and after an update now the Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics is not working fine, I will be glad to help you.
To understand this situation in a better way, please answer the following questions:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- What are the Dell monitors model?
- Are both monitors connected through HDMI?
- Which are the graphics driver versions that the monitors work properly?
- To know your system environment, download and attach the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

I reset all monitor settings and still DP output from the card does not support 2560 native resolution.
