Arc A770 16gb Driver .exe not install . Error

Greetings. I try to install the gfx_win_101.4091.exe driver exe file and when I double click it gives me this error in the attached photo. To proceed with the installation I had to download the.zip variant and install the drivers manually and then the Arc control panel. Now everything works correctly but< I would like to solve it in the future for the most comfortable installation. It's frustrating to do everything manually every time. PS I tried all the beta and official driver versions but nothing.... always same error My configuration :

CPU AMD RYZEN 5 5600X

Motherboard : Gigabyte B450 itx

Ram :32gb 3600mhz

GPU : Intel arc a770 16gb

Nvme 2tb
