Hello Radek123

Thank you for sharing this information. Please let's try the following:

1.-Use Display Driver Uninstaller to delete all traces of previous drivers.

2.-Once you complete step 1, download our latest driver that recently came out, version 30.00.101.4123. Make sure that you are running the installer file as Administrator:

  • Right Click on the installer file
  • Run as Administrator

If the issue persists, Could you please let me know if you were able to use Intel® Arc™ Control before? And did the issue happen after a driver update?

Best Regards,

Hello Hugo,

Thank you for helping me.

I did DDU intel uninstall and restart in safe mode.

Installed latest beta (your link).

I feel Witcher 3 performance just skyrocketed, CPU dropped, or I'm in some calm field right now.

Intel Arc Controll didn't install.

Other issues I have:

- Monitor connected via HDMI switches off, I must shut it down, turn on again and it works - it's always like that. Minor issue, probably will buy DP to HDMI cable.

Intel Arc Control never install for me. I just bought Intel Arc card so stared with

Hello Radek123

Thank you for sharing these troubleshooting results with us. I will continue checking this issue internally and I will post back once I have an update or in case I need more information from you.

In regard to the issue that involves the HDMI connection, if you happen to continue experiencing the problem after testing a different cable, please open a new thread to prevent confusion in the troubleshooting and get specific steps on that issue.

Hello Radek123

Thank you for your patience. After checking this issue, allow me to tell you that Intel® Arc™ Control does not install on older hardware than 11th-generation processors. In this case, please let's try disabling the iGPU from the device manager:

  • Go to device manager > Display adapters
  • Right-click on Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.
  • From the drop-down menu click on disable.
  • Restart the system,
  • Try installing the ntel® Arc™ Control.

If the issue persists, please disable the integrated graphics (iGPU) directly from your system's Bios. In case you don't know how to do it, please contact your motherboard manufacturer.
