Hello feliso08,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

To provide you with the most accurate recommendations for optimal HDR 4K and 1080p video quality, I'll need some additional information below:

1) For the TV Details:

  1. LG C2 model number and year (if available)
  2. TV specifications page or manual link

2) Connection Setup:

  1. Which cable are you using to connect your PC to the TV? (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.)
  2. Cable specifications (version, length, brand if known)
  3. Which port on the TV are you connected to?
  4. Are you using any adapters, converters, or hubs in the connotation chain?

3) Display Configuration:

  1. How is the display currently configured in Windows? (extended, duplicate, etc.)
  2. What resolution and refresh rate are you currently running?

4) Additional Information:

  1. Please help share your an SSU log file so I can check your system configuration further
  2. Are you experiencing any specific issues, or are you looking for general optimization?

With these details, I'll be able to provide tailored recommendations for your specific setup to ensure you get the best possible video quality.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

JeanetteC
