Unlike the Intel Arc B580, or Intel Arc Pro B60 which has the option to adjust power usage in the Intel Graphics Software, the B70 does not have tuning options.
Currently using driver 32.0.101.8735

Hello joeshmoee,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support,
Thank you for posting your query on the Intel Community Forum.
Regarding the Tuning options in Intel Graphics Software, we would like to kindly clarify that this feature is currently supported only on desktop client discrete GPUs (dGPUs) and is not available for Pro dGPUs, integrated graphics (iGPUs), or mobile dGPU SKUs.
Based on this, the absence of the Tuning option on your Intel Arc B70 is expected behavior.
We hope this information helps clarify the behavior you are observing. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or if we may assist you further.
Thank you for choosing Intel products and services.
Best regards,
Roy
