Arc a770 16g crashing

I have built a whole pc around this gpu to ensure that it works flawlessly and I'm still receiving crash issue just about everyday,
I'll play any game for about 5 minutes and then my screen will blink out and go black sending my monitors into standby and no key prompts do anything, the keybind to reset the gpu does nothing so I'm resorted to holding the power button.
Once I crash I restart the pc(usually to rejoin the game I was in) and then there is a 50/50 chance I'll crash again or I won't.
I've done litterly everything possible to amend the problem all the way to re wiping my pc back to the BIOS and reinstalling windows 11 and updating all the drivers for my hardware and software on my computer.
Some applications still result in more crashes than others. I've been dealing with this issue for a month straight now and it's manageable but extremely inconvenient and annoying, as well in order to amend the crashes I have to hold my power button and shut down my pc hard which is never good for any device.
Upon response I can submit a ssu scan and my event logger files/windows reliability history.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue or driver recommendations are welcome.

I've been experiencing this same issue as well many times. It occurs whether or not I'm playing a game, it even happens while I'm just using google chrome or watching a video in potplayer. It happens in games such as Assassin's Creed odyssey, Spiderman remastered and Dead Rising 4. Resizable bar is enabled, my power supply is XPG Cybercore 1000w and the A770 is my first discrete gpu. In order mitigate the issue I have to reinstall the drivers every time it crashes or it will just reduce the times it takes to crash to the point where I have to use the igpu to reinstall the drivers since no display would be coming from the A770.

I experienced the issue again a couple minutes ago while playing World of Final Fantasy. Couldn't use the A770 to reinstall its driver cause it wouldn't display anything so I had to connect the monitor to the igpu. When trying to reinstall the latest driver I got an error and after finally being able to reinstall the driver I got a BSOD.

Hello mlegend123,

Thanks for joining the conversation to add your experience. We will help you on this matter.

We are currently waiting for the information from @MattaeoDoig. We want to research this problem, and the more information we have, the further we can investigate. Also, we would recommend that you create your thread for more personalized troubleshooting, considering that if the OP stops responding, this thread will be closed.

In the meantime, you can try performing a clean driver installation for our latest version, 31.0.101.4369. Doing a clean install of the software/drivers for any hardware can help to fix specific issues that can be associated so any additional software that might be causing malfunction. Corrupted files from previous installations of drivers can linger on a system which can cause driver updates to not work as expected.
