Hello AlexisESP,
Thank you for sending us the logs. I just want to ask are there any error message or is totally gone when you downloaded the drivers? Would you be able try and install the driver manually instead by following this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
Let us know if it still missing after doing so, so we can further investigate the issue. Thank you.

Hello AlexisESP,
Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support
The Intel® Arc Control software can be used on 11th Generation Intel® Core processor or newer or an Intel® Arc™ Dedicated Graphics card. Installing its graphics driver is bundled with the Arc Control software as well. However, since you mentioned that it is not initiating installation we would like to gather more information to understand the situation.
Are you using a specific software to install the Arc Control software? Have you tried manually installing your graphics driver? Can you check inside "Apps & feature" of your Windows OS if it is already installed or not.
Also, kindly send us a system scan via Intel SSU to confirm the components of your system and also if it is compatible with Intel Arc Control software. Please see guide below to generate the scan.

I'm using the official Intel installer to update the drivers, but the only thing that installs is the Intel graphics command center, not the ARC control center, so I thought it was only for dedicated graphics. I think it should be compatible I don't know much about computers but I know my cpu is 12th
