As of two days ago, Intel Driver and Support Assistant site no longer works.

As of two days ago, Intel Driver and Support Assistant site no longer works. "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan." I've uninstalled/reinstalled the latest Intel DSA with reboots in between. Chrome 116.0.5845.141 (Official Build) (64-bit) and read the Troubleshooting section.

 

Pardon the "Select Location" board selected. I couldn't find anything relevant - not sure what you're looking for.

Just found out it's the latest version of Malwarebyte's Browser Guard. Disable or uninstall Guard solves issue. MB support said they'd look into fixing in a future release.

Note: white listing or turning off Guard for Intel.com does not help. Must disable Guard extension via chrome://extensions

Uninstall the currently installed IDSA, using IDSA Uninstaller and then reinstall IDSA.

Same here, no help.  Could it be chrome?? I "think" this problem started for me with an update to Chrome Version 116.0.5845.141 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Ha!!  I had whilelisted the IDSA web site and that didn't work, but I disabled Malwarebyte's Browser Guard extension, all fixed!  Thanks!!
