Realizei o download da ferramenta Assistente de driver e suporte Intel®. Ocorre que sempre que tento a varredura, surge a mensagem conforme print em anexo: Opa! Alguma coisa deu errado durante a varredura.
Como resolvo o problema?

1. Clean the Internet Browser Cash.
2. If still this problem exists, uninstall the Intel DSA using Intel DSA Uninstaller. Then install IDSA again.
