Who is asking you for payment?
ASUS support site for your device will have the sound drivers.

No, I asked who is requesting Payment.
And, I said ASUS will have the drivers for their chromebook.
Go to asus support.

According to what I have been able to find out from different forums...
Then I am assured that Asus will provide me with the windows driver.

You are talking about either the N4200 processor or the the N3350 processor.
The N3350 is not supported on windows 10.
if you have the N4200, the intel drivers can be found here.
I did not see a graphics or audio driver here.
Sorry, asus is your support path.

But the drives in the link for N4200 are for linux, they are not for windows.
In my case I have the N3350.

And, I told you the N3350 is not supported by Windows 10.
I have also told you that ASUS is your support path.
Why will you not contact asus for support on their chromebook?

Ok, then I will do so.
In any case...I still don't understand why not everyone is supported.

Money is the reason not everyone is supported.
You paid asus for support when you purchased their chromebook. Make them support you.
And, Microsoft says your processor is not supported on Windows 10.
Not only that, but you posted in the wrong forum.
I am finished with this conversation.
