Asus EEe PC 1025ce audio not working on tv with HDMI

I have a Asus Eee Pc 1025ce. I had the ram upgraded with 4 gb ram and then downloaded windows 8. For some reason when I plug in the HDMI cable to the TV it plays the visual or movie but will not play the audio on my tv.

What can I do?

At this point the latest drivers we have for your graphics controller is for win 7 32 bit. You can try installing this driver but we do not guarantee that it will work on win 8. You can get it at the following link:

Checking the model that you have, it seems that the manufacturer has developed drivers for win 7 32 bit only. My best recommendation is to try installing the driver provided above but if issue persists, you may need to downgrade the OS to the supported version.
