Intel Driver and support assistant is supposed to auto scan the device and suggest the updates available but for my device the scanning results in "sorry, something went wrong in scan".
I have tried reinstalling/repair the app but nothing is fruitful. what can I do?

Clear your browser cache.
Make sure you do not have any browser extensions causing interference.
