Ayuda con integrada

Hola, he tenido un problema reciente con mi integrada Intel I5-10400, cuando instale una tarjeta grafica Nvidia dé repente la integrada desapareció y no se encuentra por ninguna parte, pero tengo el  driver de centro de comando de Intel, y necesitaba saber como podría recuperar la integrada porque me hace falta.

Check your BIOS video settings to determine if your bios allows both the Intel and Nvidia graphics to operate concurrently.  If you do not know how, contact your systerm manufacturer.
