Dell sent a tech out to replace the processor. I also updated the BIOS. The computer ran wonderfully until I began to use Adobe Lightroom and received 2 more BSOD errors.
What is causing this issue? Let me know what additional information you need. I am using a Dell Alienware Aurora R16 gaming desktop computer and am not very tech-savvy when it comes to them.

Hello Psy1ocke,
Thank you for posting in our community.
I just wanted to confirm if the only application that is only having an issue was only Adobe Lightroom? And also, is it possible that you can share the images of the blue screen errors?
Furthermore, please share with me your SSU report so I can further analyze important details on your system, such as your graphics driver version, complete model of your graphics, etc. To generate an SSU report, please refer to this link: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Then please share with me your SSU file.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,

I ran into the BSOD this evening while using Adobe Lightroom. Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop are the only triggers that I have encountered in regard to the error messages.
About a week ago, Dell had me reinstall Windows 11 completely.
Attached is the report that you previously requested. As far as a screenshot, the blue screen disappears so quickly (after 2-3 seconds) that I'm unable to grab a screenshot or take a photo of it with my phone. Apologies as it's a bit random and unexpected that it catches me off guard.

Hello Psy1ocke,
Thank you so much for the update.
I'm glad to hear that the issue has already been resolved with the help of DELL, and just in case you will need our help or the issue might reoccur, you may submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
