BSOD with hd graphics 4600

I'm experiencing frequent BSOD crashes with core i7 4770k with hd graphics 4600 (driver version 3165, os windows8 x64) in games, especially in dota2, where I get around 3-5 crashes per single game, but it also happens in other games (for example old unreal). The crashes are mostly caused by dxgmms1.sys, I can supply memory dumps. I tried to run windows memory diagnostic tool for several hours and it didn't detect any problems, also I am not overclocking the cpu in any way, it runs on default settings and voltage. I'm also running several scientific calculations with my programs using openmp and mpi, even if the cpu is under heavy load, temperatures are around 50-60°C which seems fine to me and system is stable, so I don't think its overheating or memory problem. After I inserted my old nvidia geforce 8800gt, all problems went away, I was able to finish dota2 game without single problem. So is this problem caused by immature drivers or the graphics core in my cpu is faulty?
