BUG: Can't deactivate addaptive brightness

Hi,

After searching for several hours and trying different approaches I try my luck here. I got a new Inspiron 14 5410 and want to deactivate this annoying Adaptive Brightness Feature. It is driving me crazy. Someone said that in the Intel® Graphics Command Center, there is an option to disable it by the following steps:

1. Touch or click Intel® Graphics Command Center in the list of programs.

2. Touch or click System.

3. Touch or click Power.

4. Touch or click the toggle to the right of Adaptive Brightness to turn the option Off.

But I just could not find the "Power" option in the 3rd step, not to mention the 4th step...

Is there any way to disable the adaptive brightness or when can you fix this bug?

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Marco
