So, I bought my new pc 1 week back- Acer ALG i5. Recently this message has been showing up constantly when I'm trying to open few applications like Blue stacks, Creative app, Epic games, etc. The error is -
C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository/iigd_dch.inf_amd64_6a13a6d40d93da6f\igc32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status Oxc000012f.
It pops like 10 times constantly after I close it.
Please Help.

Hello Twins1,
About how to use DDU, please try to follow the steps below.
- Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)< software and extract the file.
- Open DDU ****.exe and run extract program.

- Go to the DDU extract path and double-click the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe to open DDU.
- Click Close in the Options window.
- Select device type to GPU and select device to INTEL.
- Click Clean and restart or Clean and Shutdown depending on your needs
- Wait the software to finish the process and auto reboot Windows to the normal mode or shutdown.

Hello Twins1,
It seems that this is a different issue from what you originally posted, could you please confirm if what you are reporting now is the same? Did this issue happen after using DDU? Additionally, please send a photo wherein it says "your pin is not available".
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,

After going to safe mode for using DDU, i came up with the error. I can provide you with the error image from internet and not from my system because if i do it from my system i have to reset it again.
when i click set up my pin it redirects me to this same page.
