Hi,
I cannot get any frame rates over 20 - 30 fps on the Master Chief Collection. Is this a known issue or is this an issue on my end? I have updated the divers on my machine and waited a while before posting this to see if drivers improved the game performance and have only seen around a 10fps improvement over the 6 months. System information below.

Hello Bravo1c,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We understand that you are experiencing performance issues when playing Master Chief Collection. We would like to inform you that we have been able to replicate this issue internally, and the driver developer team is currently working on a fix for this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to an estimated time or update on this matter. However, rest assured that we are working on a solution.
Since we are currently investigating this matter, we will proceed to look into this internally. Allow us some time to further look into this, and we will post back as soon as we have more details.

Hello Bravo1c,
Thank you for your patience. We are still checking this issue internally; however, we would like to confirm what are your affected games. We are currently investigating the performance issue with Halo Reach, so we would like to know if you are having an issue with another game included in the Master Chief Collection.
Best regards

Hi Jean O,
Below are my performance metrics for each of the games. One seems to be completely fine but other are unstable and some have a very low frame rate. It always seems to stem from how much is on scree. Looking in to a skybox for those games give me 120 frames but looking at the level assets slows the game.
Halo Reach 12 - 21 Issue seems to stem from the amount of objects on screen
Halo CE 120
Halo 2 50 - 75 Not sure of issue
Halo 3 80 - 120 Not sure of issue
Halo 3 ODST 34 - 120 Issue seems to stem from the amount of objects on screen
Halo 4 18 - 120 Issue seems to stem from the amount of objects on screen
Kind regards
Brad

Hello Bravo1c,
Thank you for sharing the information. We understand that the performance in multiple games included in the Master Chief Collection is not what you expect, and sometimes the frame rate is very low. First, we would like to let you know that we recommend reporting one issue per thread to keep the thread organized and better assist you; therefore, we will proceed to assist you with Halo Reach, and we invite you to open a thread for the performance issues in the other games.
As we mentioned before, we have been able to replicate the performance issue with Halo Reach, and the driver developer team is currently looking for a solution for this problem. We will continue to research this, and we will post back as soon as we have more details. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
Jean O.
