Big problem with intel GMA X3100 and T&L on aspire 5315-202G12MI

Hello, I have a big problem, I also recently increased from vista to xp on my aspire 5315 202G12MI, which is equipped with an Intel GMA X3100 I put all my drivers updated and correctly, only download EVEREST ultimate, this software tells me that the Hardware Transform And Linghting is not supported! then it should be normally.

Please help me
