Where did you install the Intel® graphics driver from? Can you share the link?

you can also take a look to Connect Windows 10 PC to Smart TV (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/connect-windows-10-pc-to-smart-tv/01496207-6c2f-4d28-8313-12d037098d78).
We recommend testing the system with a wired connection (HDMI DP video cables).
