Black flickering balks

Hi i have a intel 4400 and since a graphik update i cant play anymore games because of black flickering balks. I already contacted the Intel support but they did not have a answer. My problem is i have black flickering balks with the common intel settings(game is cs:go). There is a solution but this is not a good one. If i install the old driver when i bought my laptop it woks but then i just have 18 Fps. Pls help me guys.

No i still have flickering black balks in cs:go. But thank you for your help.

I found the problem. Everyone who has the same problem try this:

Click at the first button.

Then rightclick on csgo and click the last button.

Then click the button where the check mark is and activate it. Now i have no more issuses.
