I recently built a new system with integrated graphics.
But when I installed windows 11 on it - display started working in low resolution mode with Microsoft basic display driver .
Then I download and installed "Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver" ver.32.0.101.6972 from intel, and screen after few seconds freezes into a black screen requires a reset. After Windows starts I see desktop for 2-3 sec in HD resolution and it turns black screen again.
Clean Installation (with DDU) of some others drivers versions (101.3302, 101.4502, 101.6734, 101.6987) didn't help.

CPU: Core i5 12400
Motherboard: BIOSTAR B760MX2-E mATX
RAM: Patriot Signature 1x16Gb 4800MHz

There was a problem with RAM, so faulty memory is crashing my pc under load. That's strange for me because everything worked fine at low resolution and memory is the last thing I thought about.
So after replacing DDR, everything works as expected.

After Windows installation the first driver to be installed (and before installing any other drivers) should be the Chipset Driver and the second driver should be the Intel Management User Interface Driver. So, uninstall the Graphics Driver and reboot your computer. Check that in Device Manager, you see now Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver. If not repeat uninstalling and reboot again.
From the OEM site page, download the Chipset Driver and the Intel Management User Interface Driver. Install the first and then the other.
Reboot your computer.
Now install the "Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver" ver.32.0.101.6989 from intel and check.

Thanks, also I'm facing the same issue
I’ll try following this exact order. Hopefully, installing the Chipset Driver and Intel Management User Interface Driver first will fix the black screen issue.

I tried to install drivers following the suggested steps and didn't see any changes.
By the way in Device Manager I see Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver in clear system, so it's already installing with Windows.
Also asked the manufacturer of motherboard about graphics driver and they sent me a link to old version - 101.3302, which has the same issue on my system.

1. Yes, that's right, the Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver is a part of Windows installation. Following are some other suggestion:
2. Is the BIOS updated (B76FO508)?
3. Is the Integrated Graphics enabled in BIOS?
4. Did you tried to set the BIOS to default settings?
5. Try to use other video cable.

Windows 11 25H2: Internal laptop display goes black on hybrid graphics (Intel Iris Xe + NVIDIA RTX) — Stable fix: downgrade to 24H2 + OEM→update driver order
System: Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 (hybrid graphics Intel Iris Xe iGPU + NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU).
After upgrading to Windows 11 25H2 (26200.x):
Internal panel works in BIOS and shows the Lenovo logo.
When Windows loads, the internal eDP panel turns black.
Safe Mode shows video.
External display output is inconsistent depending on the Intel driver state (HDMI/USB-C).
Key diagnosis
Booted Lubuntu Live USB and the internal panel was perfect:
eDP-1 connected, link-status: Good, 1920×1080@120Hz
⇒ hardware is OK (panel/cable/eDP path).
Critical finding
This issue persisted on Windows 11 25H2 even with OEM and latest Intel/NVIDIA drivers.
The solution only became stable after downgrading to Windows 11 24H2 (26100.x).
Reproducible fix (24H2)
Downgrade / clean install Windows 11 24H2 (in my case: online setup + updates; still stable).
Temporarily block automatic driver delivery (recommended while testing):
Disable Windows Update driver injection / automatic driver search.
In Safe Mode, run DDU to fully remove Intel + NVIDIA GPU drivers, then remove leftovers (DriverStore/services/folders).
Critical install order:
Install Lenovo OEM Intel driver 31.0.101.4255 → reboot.
Update on top to Intel 32.0.101.7084 (driver-only) → reboot.
Enable NVIDIA device and install NVIDIA 591.86 DCH WHQL → reboot.
Temporarily disabling MPO/HAGS helped prevent black-screen lockouts during testing; later reverted to defaults.
Final stable state
Intel Iris Xe: 32.0.101.7084
NVIDIA: 591.86
pnputil /enum-devices /class Display: Intel uses oem0.inf, NVIDIA uses oem6.inf
Verified: multiple reboots, full power-off cycles, 120Hz OK.
Question
Has anyone reproduced this on Win11 25H2 with similar hybrid graphics laptops? If you share model/build/driver versions, I can cross-check.
