I am facing the issue of a black screen whenever my windows try to update intel graphics, right now laptop is running on basic drivers. please help

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. What is the brand and model name of your laptop?
2. What is the brand and model name of your processor?
3. Do you get any errors while trying to update the driver?
4. Does the issue happens with the driver from the laptop manufacturer?
5. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
6. Did you update your BIOS to the latest version?

details are as follows:
1. Lenovo ideapad 500-15ISK 80NT
2. Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.60 GHz
3. no errors
4. on all intel hd520 drivers I'm facing the issue from the manufacturer and intel site
5. Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 22-02-2023
OS build 19045.2604
6. yes i updated the bios

Currently I've tried to install Intel HD 520 2017 version from Lenovo site and also tried latest version from Intel auto detect tool
