Black screen with hd 630

I built up my pc just now. Everything works except nothing shows on my screen. I have on board hd 630 (7400) no matter what I do I dont get anything on my screen. ( I checked screen with other devices it works)

Do you have an add-on graphics card? if so, remove it and try the onboard graphics again.

Ok, I am confused. How do you know if everything works except the onboard graphics?

Do you even see a a POST screen? Can you get into the BIOS?

I unplugged and plugged every cable few times. It started to work. Probably there was misconnection with cpu and power supply etc Idk. Because only screen didnt work
