Black white dots

After installing windows 10 i updated my intel hd graphics driver from windows update screen turns black and starts flickering and black and white small dots appears all over the screen. I have tried re-installing the windows lot of time and i am getting the same problem and the laptop is not use able once i update the driver.

i have attached 2 photos below .

if someone knows what's the problem and how to fix it kindly help.
