Hello huy200072
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to check this further, could you please provide the following information?
1- What power options are you referring to? Do you mean Power Plans as the ones described in this link?
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057183/graphics.html
If not, please elaborate more regarding the options you are looking for.
2- What is the Intel® Graphics Command Center app version running on your system? From the app, please refer to Support on the left-hand menu and then select "System Diagnostic" tab:
3- Were those options available before? If yes, do you know if there was a Windows/Driver/App update when this behavior happened?
4- If this worked before, do you know the latest driver or app version that didn't exhibit this behavior? Have you tried a rollback to a previous driver you know that worked fine?
5- DxDiag* report following these steps:
- In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
- In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
- Click on Save All Information.
- Open the report.
- Use the option "save all information" to save the .TXT file.
- Attach the report .TXT file to this thread.
Note: To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" dialog below the edit box.
Best regards,
Andrew G.

Hello huy200072
Thank you for your response
We understand that the options have not been available on this system, not even from the beginning. Some options and features depend upon driver customization from the computer manufacturer. The driver or software for your Intel® component might have been changed or replaced by the computer manufacturer.
For testing purposes, please download the Intel® Graphics Control Panel from Microsoft* Store and check if you have the power options available:
If the issue persists, please try a Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows® 10 following the steps on this link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html
Please perform the steps using the customized driver from Dell* website, Intel UHD Graphics Driver, version 26.20.100.8141, A04>> https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-15-7586-2-in-1-laptop/drivers
If the options are still missing, you can repeat previous steps and test with the latest generic graphics driver from Intel, version 27.20.100.8783 >> https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29904/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=126789
Also, do you have the options in Advance Power Settings? Please provide a screenshot:
- Right-click on Windows® Start menu, click on Power Options, click on Additional power settings.
- Click on Change plan settings >> Change Advance Power Settings >> Look for Intel® Graphics Settings.
Best regards,

Hello huy200072
Thank you for your response and for the screenshots provided.
We would like to inform you that we have tested latest graphics driver (27.20.100.8783) with latest Intel® Graphics Command Center and the Power options does show up on different laptops, per example Lenovo* T580, Dell* Latitude E5570 and Acer* Swift 3 so this is highly likely to be due to missing customization from the computer manufacturer (OEM).
In this case, we recommend reporting this behavior to your OEM (Dell*). Your OEM is the one that handles all the technical details of the system so at this point, they are the best channel of support. Herei is the contact link*: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us
We will proceed to close this thead now. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer being monitored. It has been a pleasure to assist you.
Best regards,
Andrew G.
